What eXp offers...

At eXp Realty, opportunity isn’t just for the top producers. Every agent has access to the same tools, support, and compensation model. No special deals. No gatekeeping.

That’s one of the reasons we partnered with eXp. It’s a platform built for agents who want to grow. Whether you're just getting started or already producing at a high level, you get the same split, the same cap, and the same chance to succeed.

Here’s how it works:

● 80/20 commission split for every agent
● $16,000 annual cap, then $250 per transaction for the next 20
● $149 one-time startup fee (includes your first month’s Cloud Brokerage fee)
● $85 monthly Cloud Brokerage fee
● $60 risk management fee per transaction, capped at $750 per year (may vary by state)
● $25 broker review fee per transaction
