The Daily AI Avatar Video Your Automated On-Camera Presence

This workflow basically takes the entire burden of daily video creation off your plate. Here’s how our system ensures a consistent, on-brand video presence for Al every single day, without any filming.

• Trigger: Each evening, Monday through Saturday, the heygen_daily_batch.py script is triggered automatically. This script initiates the generation of tomorrow’s AI avatar videos on HeyGen, giving them all night to render.
• Render: HeyGen takes the provided script for each video and generates an Al talking-head avatar video. This happens completely in the cloud, removing the need for any camera, filming equipment, or studio time.
• Topic Selection: Scripts for these videos are dynamically pulled from pre-defined theme pools. Our rotation logic enforces theme diversity and cooldowns, ensuring that we never repeat the same topic too frequently and keep the content fresh.
• Completion Notification: When a video finishes rendering on HeyGen, a webhook is sent. This webhook hits our agent8_processor.py, signaling that a new video is ready for deployment.
• Caption & Schedule: Upon receiving the webhook, agent8_processor.py immediately writes a brand-voice social caption tailored for the video’s content. It then schedules this new video and its caption to Metricool, ensuring it goes live at the optimal time slot.
• Safety Net: The heygen_check_completed.py script runs as a continuous safety net throughout the day. Its job is to catch any video renders that might have silently failed overnight or during the day, ensuring that a scheduled content slot is never left empty.
• Daily Presence: The result is a consistent, high-quality Al Pinder video showing up on social media six days a week, building trust and authority, all without a single minute spent filming.
