Every skill loads the fair-housing-overlayEvery skill that touches a contact runs a TCPA consent gate before generating. Every skill is on your machine, in your repo clone, running against your data — not a SaaS your data leaves to.

Why this repo exists. Most real estate AI tools are chat front-ends. Chat is great. Claude Code is different — autonomous + on-dispatch with real tool access to files, browser, and MCP. These skills are the production patterns the Pinder Team actually runs, packaged so any agent at any brokerage can clone them and run them on their own machine.

How To Get Started

  1. Install Claude Code on your Mac or PC.
  2. Clone github.com/theprosperityagent/real-estate-claude-skills.
  3. Load fair-housing-overlay first — it is the foundation every other skill assumes.
  4. Pick the basic skill closest to what hurts in your week (listing-description and lead-nurture-cadence are the lowest-friction starting points).
  5. When you are ready to go production, build the compliance supervisor cron (Episode 13) FIRST, then layer in the daily MLS cron and the speed-to-lead cron.
