- 80/20 commission split for every agent
- $16,000 annual cap, then $250 per transaction for the next 20
- $149 one-time startup fee (includes your first month’s Cloud Brokerage fee)
- $85 monthly Cloud Brokerage fee
- $60 risk management fee per transaction, capped at $750 per year (may vary by state)
- $25 broker review fee per transaction
