A Conversation Framework That Puts Agents First

The best sponsor conversations don’t feel like sales pitches — they feel like coaching sessions. We use a simple four-question framework that lets the agent drive the dialogue and arrive at their own conclusions. Your job is to listen, not to convince.

  1. Where are you now? Understand their current situation — brokerage, production, income, frustrations. Don’t assume. Ask and genuinely listen.
  2. Where do you want to be? What does their ideal business look like in 12-24 months? Income goals, lifestyle, team structure, freedom? Let them paint the picture.
  3. What is the bridge? Together, identify what tools, support, or structure would close the gap between where they are and where they want to go. This is where eXp naturally enters the conversation.
  4. Are you ready to commit? Not a pressure close — a genuine check-in. If the answer is not yet, that’s okay. Stay in relationship. The timing will come.
