Coastal Buyers Behave Differently
If you serve clients near the coast (Beaufort, Carteret, Onslow, New Hanover counties), you’re dealing with second-home buyers, retirees, and military buyers more often than first-time-homebuyer pipelines. The lead-gen channels that work in inland NC don’t always carry over.
Military & ECU Anchors
Camp Lejeune, Cherry Point, Seymour Johnson, and ECU Health drive significant relocation flow into Eastern NC every year. Agents who build referral relationships with these institutional anchors have a steady pipeline. Agents who don’t are competing for general listings.
