The Overnight Enrichment Workflow
Every night at 2 AM, while you sleep, this runs:
- 2:00 AM — Lead queue read. Code pulls your day’s new leads from BoldTrail or kvCore.
- 2:05 AM — Google searches per lead. LinkedIn (employer, role), property records (do they own?), news (job change, promotion), Maps (address verification), reverse phone/email.
- 3:30 AM — Scoring. Each lead gets HOT / WARM / COLD / DEAD with a one-line reason.
- 4:00 AM — Write-back to CRM. Enrichment notes appended to each lead’s record.
- 7:00 AM — Email to you. Top 10 hot leads, one-line action per lead, ready to call.
- 9:00 AM — You’re on the phone with the people most likely to transact, not the bottom of your list.
The Math
